Space Usage Information
- Size of Rig/trailer that will be in your space
Count the complete size, including trailer hitches to absolute end of rig. Includes any booths, trucks and canopies you may be using. Maximum length is 40’ and length is 15’ - If not standard configuration, please include a small drawing. If more than 40’ is needed.
Generators & Electricity Options
- Free standing generators operate at a noise level of 90 decibels or below, be surrounded by a small fence to avoid a trip hazard and located a minimum of of 20’ from the cooking source/flame
- We must pass along a $50 fee for electricity, these options are limited
Winning of $600 or more requires that we submit a 1099 Miscellaneous Income Tax Form to the IRS, therefore, these forms will be included in your welcome packet to fill out during check in
